Basics
The property can primarily be booked on a weekly basis.
In the pre- and low season, a booking period of 4 days or more is also possible.
The prices quoted are per night for an occupancy of up to 4 people, excl. Local tax.
For each additional person there is an additional € 30 per person / night.
Children under 6 years are free of charge.
Price
The prices vary depending on the season between € 195.00 and € 290.00 per day.
Exceptions
16.12.2023 - 06.01.2024: 550,00 €
27.01.2024 - 16.02.2024: 370,00 €
17.02.2024 - 02.03.2024: 390,00 €
Additional costs:
Final cleaning 90 €
Local tax € 2.20 per person / night (from 15 years)
Deposit € 300 per stay
Dogs are allowed on request (fee 15 € / night)
Our inclusive services
Bed linen, towels, dishtowels, Gastein Card,
electricity consumption, Water consumption, 2 x parking spaces, 1 basket of firewood,
ski boot dryer and use of the ski cellar,
Internet connection / W-LAN, High chair and cot on request

The prices quoted are per night for an occupancy of up to 4 people, excl. Local tax.
For each additional person from 7 years of age, € 30 per person / night is added.
Therefore, please enter the number of people aged 7 and over in the booking mask.
A maximum of 8 people can use the apartment.
